A thriving secondary school in Andover is seeking a passionate Head of Art & Photography to lead its dynamic department. This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be directly employed by the school on a permanent, full-time basis. Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the Art & Photography Department in curriculum planning, assessment, and creative innovation.
- Teach across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love for art and photography while developing students’ creative and technical skills.
- Build a culture of artistic excellence by promoting student engagement and a positive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in every lesson.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
