A thriving secondary school in Andover is seeking a passionate Head of Art & Photography to lead its dynamic department. Starting in January 2025, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a school committed to nurturing creativity and academic excellence.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Art & Photography Department in curriculum planning, assessment, and creative innovation.
  • Teach across KS3 and KS4, fostering a love for art and photography while developing students’ creative and technical skills.
  • Build a culture of artistic excellence by promoting student engagement and a positive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver outstanding teaching and learning in every lesson.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
