Graduate Teaching Assistant Programme with Pathway to Salaried Teacher Training – Starting September 2025 in Bournemouth

What the Role Involves:
- Classroom Assistance: You will support the teacher in delivering lessons, helping with lesson planning, classroom management, and creating an engaging learning environment.
- Student Support: Offer one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need additional help, ensuring they stay on track and reach their potential.
- Wider School Life: Become an integral part of the school community, assisting with extracurricular activities, school trips, and administrative duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Degree: You must have a bachelor’s degree (subject specialism not essential). We welcome graduates from all disciplines.
- Commitment to Education: A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young people in their educational journey.
- Strong Communication & Teamwork Skills: You’ll need to be able to work effectively with teachers, students, and parents.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
