Role Overview:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and personal development. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
• Providing one-to-one or small-group support for students, including those with special educational needs.
• Supporting behaviour management and helping to create a positive learning environment.
• Encouraging students’ engagement and progress across various subjects.

Requirements:

• A recent degree in any discipline.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
• Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is advantageous but not essential.
