Role Overview:
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting students' academic, social, and personal development. Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Providing one-to-one or small-group support for students, including those with special educational needs.
- Supporting behaviour management and helping to create a positive learning environment.
- Encouraging students’ engagement and progress across various subjects.
Requirements:
- A recent degree in any discipline.
- Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
- Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is advantageous but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
