Graduate Teaching Assistant

In partnership with a number of primary schools across the Bolton area (BL1, BL2, BL2, BL4, BL5, BL6, BL7), Teaching Personnel are seeking to recruit a psychology/education/sports/core subject graduate and/or aspiring teacher to support the academic and personal development of their pupils.

This role includes:

-          Providing general classroom support, as well as working in small groups/on a 1:1 basis dependent on the schools’ requirements

-          Providing consistent support to the Class Teacher throughout the day

-          Monitoring the pupils’ progress and providing feedback

-          Upholding the schools’ ethos and core values and implementing relevant policies in relation to behaviour management

-          Helping to create a positive and engaging work environment

-          Collaborating effectively with other members of staff within school

The pay for this role is £13.75-£14.50 per hour.

The working hours are (typically) Monday-Friday 08:30-15:30.
