Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor in a secondary school in Somerset, you will:
- Manage and oversee classes during short-term teacher absences.
- Support students as they complete pre-set tasks, ensuring lessons run smoothly.
- Experience the day-to-day responsibilities of teaching without the need for planning, marking, or delivering lessons.
This role gives you a valuable glimpse into the teaching profession and helps you build essential classroom management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
