About Us:
Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit numerous potential new Teachers or graduates who are looking for teaching/teaching assistant experience within the Liverpool area who will be ready for full-time work in September. This role is ideal for graduates or future teachers who are committed to supporting and teaching students.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across your subject(s)
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a strong academic background in your subject area
- Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development
- Ability to inspire and motivate students
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach
Desirable:
- Experience working with young people, either through volunteering, placements, or previous employment
- Awareness of current educational practices and trends
- Willingness to contribute to the wider school community
