About Us:

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit numerous potential new Teachers or graduates who are looking for teaching/teaching assistant experience within the Liverpool area who will be ready for full-time work in September. This role is ideal for graduates or future teachers who are committed to supporting and teaching students.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across your subject(s)
  • Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to meet the needs of all students
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback

  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate with a strong academic background in your subject area
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to continuous professional development
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach

Desirable:

  • Experience working with young people, either through volunteering, placements, or previous employment
