Music Graduate – Wigan

Our client Secondary school are looking to appoint a Music Graduate in order to assist with Music lessons, General Cover and Teaching Assistant responsibilities throughout school. This is a great opportunity where the successful Music Graduate will be able to gain experience, develop key skills and be able to put them into practice, all of which will contribute to becoming an outstanding teacher of the future.

  • Music Graduate required from September 2024
  • Full time/Part time/Flexible opportunities to work within supportive schools that will look to aid your personal development.
  • Earn between £1400 - £1600 per month depending on experience.

What does the role involve?

  • Supporting the learning of students who require additional guidance during Music lessons
  • Working closely with the teachers within the Music department (Supporting them with the setup of each lesson, assisting with planning and ensuring that everything is put away afterwards)
  • Working with small groups of identified pupils to raise attainment in Music
  • Working in General Cover across schools in Wigan/Bolton.
  • Working as a Teaching Assistant across schools in Wigan/Bolton.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
