The Role
As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Take charge of the classroom in the teacher's absence, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Work with students aged 11-16, maintaining high standards of behaviour and engagement.
- Provide classroom support and gain a deep understanding of school life.
- Develop your skills in behaviour management, communication, and lesson delivery — crucial experience for teacher training programs.

What We're Looking For
