Job description
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Geography Teacher to join a secondary school in the beautiful Saddleworth area. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed educator who can inspire students to develop a passion for geography and understand the importance of the subject in today’s world.
In this role, you will be teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons on both physical and human geography. You will help students gain an understanding of the world around them, from climate change to global inequalities, while also developing key skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and geographical inquiry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geography, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality lessons that foster student engagement and academic achievement. You will be expected to plan and deliver lessons that challenge students while supporting their individual learning needs. Strong classroom management and the ability to differentiate for diverse learners will be essential for success in this role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
