Geography Teacher – Short-Term Cover

Location: Northamptonshire
Start Date: ASAP or September 2025 start 
Salary: MPS/UPS – Dependent on Experience

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a highly regarded secondary school in Northamptonshire to recruit a Geography Teacher for a short-term cover position. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a supportive school environment, delivering engaging lessons to motivated students.

The Role:

  • Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4, following the school’s curriculum.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students.
  • Ensure effective classroom management and student engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Humanities department to maintain high teaching standards.

The Ideal Candidate:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✔ Experience teaching Geography at secondary level.
✔ Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students effectively.
✔ A passion for Geography and a commitment to student success.
