Job Title: General Teacher
Location: Quidenham, Norfolk
Salary: £27,510 - £35,585 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Working Hours: Full-time, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent

The school provides a small, supportive environment for pupils aged 11-16, with a strong focus on social and emotional development. The Role:
Our client is looking for a passionate General Teacher to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Take responsibility for subject teaching, ensuring all pupils develop their knowledge and skills, making good progress in their learning.
• Collaborate with the Head Teacher and Leadership team to deliver a well-structured curriculum, designed to build knowledge and skills towards agreed outcomes.
• Monitor pupil progress effectively, assessing their understanding and implementing timely, directed interventions to support their development.

The Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking someone who has:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent (QTLS, PGCE).
• The ability to teach from primary level up to GCSE.
• Experience in preparing and delivering a diverse curriculum using a variety of teaching styles and methodologies.
• Experience in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential.
