Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant? Do you have a passion to work in education? Then we have a rewarding role for you!
Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint an SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs in an all-through SEN school. Classes range from 6-12 children to ensure every child gets the best out of their education and provide equal opportunities.

- Full-time position (Mon-Fri 8:30am-15:30pm)
- All-through SEN based school
- Range of needs- personal care will be required
The role:
- To support teaching and learning and address the personal needs of pupils, many of which have complex medical needs
- Flexible, adaptable and a good communicator
- Promote children's physical, social and emotional welfare
- Knowledge of positive handling and safeguarding procedures
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
- Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
- Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
- Previous or relevant experience working with SEND children
- Minimum of three months UK residency

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
