Job Title: English and Maths GCSE Intervention Tutor

£20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
- Provide tailored English and Maths GCSE intervention sessions to students
- Create and implement individualised learning plans based on students' needs
- Assess students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Provide feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other educators and professionals to support students' academic development
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience in teaching English and Maths at GCSE level
- Demonstrated ability to work with students of diverse learning needs
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years teaching experience at GCSE level
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the GCSE curriculum for English and Maths
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage students in their learning
- Effective classroom management skills
- Experience in providing intervention support to students
Working Conditions:
- Part-time hours, flexible schedule
- Work in a classroom or learners home setting
- Interact with students, parents, and educational staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
