We are seeking a passionate and motivated Fully Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join our team in Milton Keynes. Whether you’re looking for day-to-day supply work or a more permanent, full-time teaching position, we have the flexibility to accommodate your preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students across various subjects and year groups (depending on the role).
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring that all students can access the curriculum.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Provide feedback on student progress and contribute to their development.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support the wider school community.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience in teaching across primary or secondary levels (depending on your experience and preference).
  • A passion for education and a commitment to improving student outcomes.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the ability to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
