Are you a passionate and fully qualified teacher looking for flexibility, variety, or your next permanent role? Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Fully Qualified Teachers (QTS) to work across schools in High Wycombe on a part-time, full-time, flexible, or permanent basis.

We're Looking For:

  • Fully Qualified Teachers with QTS

  • Experience in your chosen key stage(s)

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills


Your Role Could Include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons, either planned or self-prepared

  • Supporting students with a range of learning needs

  • Working with schools across High Wycombe and nearby areas

  • Contributing positively to school life and pupil development


Location: High Wycombe & surrounding areas
Start Date: Flexible – work when it suits you
Contract: Part-time, full-time, flexible or permanent
Pay: Competitive daily rates (paid weekly)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
