Job Advertisement: Full-Time Science Teacher – Mainstream Secondary School – Middlesex

Position: Full-Time Science Teacher (KS3 & KS4, KS5 optional)
Location: Middlesex (Mainstream Secondary School)
Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London weighting where applicable)

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Middlesex. This is an excellent opportunity for an ECT or experienced teacher to inspire students in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential A-Level teaching for the right candidate.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or be an ECT with a strong science background.

  • Deliver engaging, well-structured lessons across KS3 & KS4 Science (KS5 desirable).

  • Have a proven track record of raising attainment or a passion for doing so as an ECT.

  • Be committed to inclusive teaching and fostering a love for science.

  • Work well within a team and contribute to departmental development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
