Full-Time KS1 Teaching Assistant
Location: Chorley Area

Are you a dedicated and qualified Teaching Assistant with a passion for working with Key Stage 1 children? We have fantastic full-time opportunities available in KS1 settings across mainstream primary schools in the Chorley area.
About the Role
As a KS1 Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and emotional well-being during these formative years. Working alongside class teachers, you will help deliver engaging lessons, provide one-to-one and group support, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Requirements
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience supporting children in KS1 settings
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and best practices in primary education
- A valid DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
- A nurturing, enthusiastic, and professional approach to working with children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
