Job Title: Full-time KS1 Teacher

£120 - £140 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 children 
  • Follow the KS1 National Curriculum and school's own curriculum 
  • Assess and evaluate children's progress to provide feedback and support their development
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to meet the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure effective communication and children's welfare
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
  • Ensure to support children academic, social, emotional and mental health development

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
  • Knowledge of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in Key Stage 1

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate approaches to meet individual children's needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
  • Experience working with SEN students
