Flexible Supply Teacher

Are you an experienced and adaptable teacher looking for flexible day-to-day supply work? We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Supply Teacher to join our team, covering a variety of age groups across schools in the CF5 area.

Role Overview

As a supply teacher, you will step into classrooms as needed, delivering pre-planned lessons or providing engaging learning experiences across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic educator who thrives in different school environments and is confident in managing a range of age groups and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with school policies and curriculum guidelines.
• Adapt to different classroom settings and year groups with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Follow lesson plans provided or create engaging activities when necessary.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and ensure the safety and well-being of pupils.
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and school staff.

Requirements

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
✅ Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in UK schools.
✅ Confidence teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
✅ A flexible and adaptable approach to different teaching environments.
✅ Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners of all ages.
✅ A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle – this role requires travel between schools in the CF5 area.
✅ A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
