Job description

Teaching Personnel is looking for a Flexible Teacher who is experienced in delivering great quality teaching to students. Being the main cog in a full classroom’s education is an incredibly rewarding role to take on and we want someone that’s got experience in the industry and ready to go for the new school year in September!

Roles and Responsibilities-

-          High quality lesson planning

-          Maintaining a greatly positive learning environment

-          Attending Staff meetings

-          Creating learning resources for students to use

-          Manage behaviour and influencing positive characteristics for the children

-          Recording classroom attendance

-          Marking and providing feedback to students on their work

What we’re looking for-

-          Dedicated and puts students’ education first

-          Creates warm and friendly classroom environment

-          Good at motivating students

-          Makes learning fun and engaging for students with creative lesson plans

-          Great control of children’s behaviour

-          Great communication skills towards the students and other staff throughout the school

-          Empathetic and Understanding with all students including ones that are struggling

-          Passionate to delivering great education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
