Flexible Supply Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher looking for a flexible working opportunity? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Supply Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in line with school policies and the national curriculum, covering for planned or unplanned teacher absences.
- Manage classrooms effectively, ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Adapt quickly to different subjects, year groups, and teaching styles, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
- Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher or create your own when required.
- Support the well-being and progress of all students, maintaining good classroom behaviour.
- Work closely with school staff to ensure a smooth and seamless learning experience for students.
- Be flexible and available to work on short notice when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching across a range of subjects and year groups is desirable.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different school environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for teaching.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
