Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant
Location: Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £83.95 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
- Supporting the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teachers in implementing educational programmes and activities
- Assisting with the planning and preparation of learning materials
- Providing support to individual children to help them develop their social, emotional, and educational skills
- Supervising children during playtime and ensuring their safety at all times
- Assisting with record-keeping and documentation of children's progress
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
- Valid DBS check
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- Additional training in child development or safeguarding
- Experience working with children with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
- Working hours may vary but are typically full-time during school hours
- Work is primarily indoors within a school setting
- May involve some physical activity such as assisting children during playtime

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
