Job Title: EYFS Teaching Assistant

Job Duties:

• Support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher in delivering high-quality education to young children
• Assist with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development
• Provide individualised support to children with additional needs
• Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment
• Assist with record-keeping and monitoring children's progress

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Enhanced DBS check

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in a classroom setting
• Full-Time hours, temporary position
