Role and Responsibilities: As an EYFS Specialist, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for providing high-quality education and care to young learners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for EYFS pupils.
• Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration.
• Assessing student progress and tailoring your approach to meet individual learning needs.
• Collaborating with fellow educators, parents, and caregivers to ensure a holistic and supportive learning experience.
• Implementing the EYFS curriculum and tracking students' achievements against key milestones.
• Fostering social, emotional, and cognitive growth through creative teaching methods.
• Maintaining accurate records of student development and providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Possess a deep understanding of the EYFS curriculum and its implementation.
• Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Demonstrate a nurturing and patient approach when working with young children.
• Have a strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Prior experience as an EYFS Specialist or similar role is highly desirable.
