Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for our youngest learners. This role involves planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality education tailored to the needs of individual children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement a creative and engaging EYFS curriculum.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Use a range of teaching methods to support children’s development.
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress.
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members, parents, and carers.
  • Promote positive behavior and social interactions.
  • Support the development of children's language, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Ensure the physical well-being of the children at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage young children.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable:

  • Experience in implementing inclusive practices.
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
  • Creative and innovative teaching strategies.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
