Job Title: Early Years Teacher
Location: North Solihull
Duration: Maternity Cover
Are you a qualified and experienced Early Years Teacher with a passion for working with children? Do you have full-time availability after half term?
Teaching Personnel is currently partnering with a primary school in Shard End to find a qualified EYFS teacher to join their team. This is a maternity cover position starting in March and running until the end of the academic year. The ideal candidate will be committed, passionate, and have a strong understanding of the needs of both the children and the school. Experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) is highly preferred and references must be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging activities in alignment with the EYFS curriculum
- Facilitate communication between the school and families
- Prioritise the well-being of all children in the classroom
- Encourage and support children's learning through creative play
- Effectively plan and assess students' work
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, one-on-one staff, and SEN support to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
