About the Role:
We are looking for an inspiring and dynamic EYFS Teacher to join our vibrant school community in NG7. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing a high-quality educational experience for our youngest learners, fostering their development and love for learning in a supportive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality EYFS education that meets the diverse needs of all students.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans that promote exploration, discovery, and a love of learning.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support each child’s development and well-being.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Ensure that all EYFS statutory requirements are met and adhered to.
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in teaching the EYFS curriculum.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to the development of every child.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and classroom management skills.
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach to teaching and learning.
