Job description

Job Title: EYFS class teacher part time

Location: NN9 

Salary: M1-M6 paid to scale

Hours: 8:30 - 3:30 

Contract: 3 days permanent

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS teacher to work part time in a lovely school in Stanwick where students are encouraged to achieve their best through a wide and immersive curriculum.

Key responsibilities

 

  • To plan and deliver engaging lessons for students using the EYFS framework
  • Manage classroom behaviour to provide a safe learning environment
  • Mark and assess students work based on school policies
  • Encourage independence and engagement in the classroom
  • Communicate effectively with parents and staff
  • Support students in developing their social, emotional and communication skills

Requirements

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS)
  • Experience working in EYFS settings
  • A clear knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • A patient, empathetic and friendly character
  • The ability to build positive relationships with students, staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
