Job description

EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant

Do you have experience working with SEN pupils or are you looking for a new role within a mainstream primary school?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant. The school is located in Middlewich and is OFSTED rated ‘Outstanding.’ The school work hard to “Achieve Excellence” and are committed to providing a welcoming, calm and stimulating environment for its pupils. They are looking for a teaching assistant who is confident in creating a supportive environment for its SEN pupils.

Requirements:

  • Immediate start following Teaching Personnel registration
  • Full time- Monday to Friday
  • Safeguarding experience within a school setting (this can be done through Teaching Personnel)

About the role:

  • Working 1-1 with students who are struggling with their social and emotional development
  • Providing pastoral care for SEN students
  • Able to work with the students in a supportive way, creating a positive environment
  • Opportunity to earn up to £1000-£1200 per month

All applicants must have a DBS on the update system or be willing to apply for a DBS upon registering.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
