Job Title: EYFS/KS1 Teacher

Location:

Langho, Lancashire 

Job Type:

Full-time hours - to start after Easter 2025

Primary Industry:

Education - EYFS and Key Stage 1 

Salary:

£110 - £140 / Per Day

Job Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) or Key Stage 1 (KS1) children
  • Assess and monitor children's progress, providing feedback to children, SLT and parents
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to ensure the overall success of the children
  • Attend staff meetings, Parent's Evenings, and professional development sessions
  • Work alongside the EYFS Framework and KS1 National Currriulum
  • Build positive relationships with staff, children and their families
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

Previous experience teaching in an EYFS/KS1 setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching methods
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Proficient in using technology to enhance teaching and learning
