Exectuive Headteacher -RC Primary Schools
Job description
Teaching Personnel are supporting the Governing Bodies of up to four Catholic Primary Schools in West Wales, who are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Executive Headteacher to lead the schools in the next phase of their development. This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an outstanding leader with a strong vision for Catholic education to make a significant impact across multiple school communities.
About the Role:
As Executive Headteacher, you will provide strategic leadership, ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, and pastoral care across all schools. You will be responsible for driving school improvement, supporting and developing staff, and upholding the distinctive Catholic ethos of our schools. The role will require effective diary management and travel between schools to ensure strong leadership and support is provided where needed.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a practising Catholic with a deep commitment to Catholic education and values.
- Have a proven track record of successful leadership within a primary school setting, ideally with experience across multiple schools.
- Demonstrate a clear vision and strategic thinking to ensure the continued success of all schools under their leadership.
- Inspire and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
- Have excellent communication skills to engage with pupils, staff, parents, governors, and the wider community.
- Be adaptable and resilient, with the ability to effectively manage time and travel across multiple sites.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
