Are you an experienced HLTA looking for flexible work this Summer Term or a new role from September 2025? Teaching Personnel is working with fantastic primary, secondary, and SEN schools across East London who need talented support staff like you!

We’re looking for HLTAs who:
✔ Hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
✔ Have experience leading classes, covering PPA, or supporting SEN pupils
✔ Are adaptable, proactive, and passionate about education
✔ Can commit to full-time or part-time work
Roles available:
PPA Cover HLTA – Leading lessons across year groups
SEN HLTA – Supporting pupils with additional needs
Intervention Specialist – Boosting progress in core subjects
General Classroom HLTA – Assisting teachers with delivery

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
