Job description

We are seeking exam invigilators to join our team, offering flexible, casual work throughout the year to support students during examination periods. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and confidence. We are working alongside a large trust within the Bristol area, so applicants must be open to travel.

Role Overview

  • Ensure exams run in strict adherence to examination guidelines.
  • Flexible, casual hours with primary work periods in:
    • May & June (main exam season)
    • April (mock exams)
  • Typical session times:
    • Morning: 8:15 am arrival
    • Afternoon: 12:15pm start
  • Pay: £13.80 per hour

Additional Opportunities

  • Certain schools can provide the option to be trained as a one-to-one reader or scribe for students requiring special accommodations (indicate interest on application).
  • Teaching Assistant work during non-exam seasons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
