### **Your Role as an ESOL Tutor:**
- Provide personalized 1:1 or small group sessions tailored to the needs of ESOL students, including Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian speakers.
- Design engaging lesson plans that help students overcome language barriers and build confidence.
- Boost fluency and improve essential English skills through supportive, targeted teaching.
- Foster an inclusive and motivating classroom environment where every student feels encouraged to succeed.
- Track and assess student progress, adapting your teaching to ensure continuous improvement.
### **What You’ll Bring:**
- ESOL certified
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working with ESOL students, particularly those speaking Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Expertise in teaching key English skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Patience, empathy, and a true passion for supporting students on their learning journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
