### **Your Responsibilities:**
- Lead one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of ESOL students, including those who speak Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Design engaging, flexible lesson plans that address language barriers and strengthen student skills.
- Help students build confidence and fluency in English through thoughtful and supportive teaching.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment where every student feels encouraged and motivated to succeed.
- Track student progress and adjust teaching techniques to ensure consistent improvement.
### **What You’ll Bring:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is a requirement.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience working with ESOL students, particularly those who speak Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Expertise in teaching core language skills: reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students achieve their goals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
