ESOL Teacher
Job description
Position: Teacher in ESOL (Part time)
Location: NN3, Northampton
Are you passionate about helping others break language barriers and achieve their full potential? Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a ESOL Teacher to join our team and work in one of our client schools supporting students to help develop them on their English language skills.
The school are based in NN1 so, very centrally to Northampton and have an ESOL team who are very proud to support the schools culture of high standards, inclusive working and learning environment and a professional committed workforce who strive to support their students to achieve the best they possibly can.
The successful candidate will be in charge of planning and teaching agreed ESOL programmes to students who need support with developing their English language skills. As an ESOL Teacher you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license (TESOL endorsement desirable).
- Previous experience working with English language learners, preferably in a multicultural or international setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a growth mindset.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
