English Teacher – Permanent Role
Location: Wimborne
Start Date: ASAP or May 2025
Salary: Paid to scale (MPS/UPS) based on national teacher pay scales

This is an exciting chance to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons that develop a strong appreciation for literature and language. Full planning and marking responsibilities are expected, and as such, this role will be paid in line with national teacher pay scales (MPS/UPS).

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A qualified English Teacher (QTS/QTLS)
✔️ Experience teaching English at the secondary level
✔️ A passion for fostering a love of reading, writing, and critical thinking
✔️ Strong classroom management and lesson-planning skills
✔️ The ability to challenge and inspire students of all abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
