The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and dynamic English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Inspire a love for literature and language, helping students develop strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of all learners, ensuring every student makes progress.
- Contribute to curriculum development and the wider school community.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to support improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS/PGCE or equivalent).
- Experience teaching English at secondary level, with strong subject knowledge.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
- A proactive approach to professional development and a willingness to contribute to the school’s ethos.
