Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in English or a related subject.
• Experience delivering impactful lessons that inspire learners to achieve.
• Able to connect with a class of 5/6 students.
• Experience in SEN is not essential, but must be willing to learn and understand the role.
• Strong classroom management, enabling a disciplined yet creative learning environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for driving student progress and instilling confidence in literacy.
