The Role
As an English Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging and innovative lessons in English Language and Literature.
- Prepare students for GCSE English by developing their analytical, reading, and writing skills.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Promote a love of reading and support students with various literacy interventions.
- Collaborate with the English department to share resources and develop best teaching practices.

Requirements
- QTS and proven experience in teaching English at KS3 & KS4.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- A passion for English literature and language, with the ability to inspire students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
