About the Role

As an English Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Help students develop critical thinking, communication, and a love for literature.
  • Track progress and provide constructive feedback to aid development.
  • Work collaboratively with the English department to enhance curriculum delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
  • Experience teaching English at secondary level.
  • A strong commitment to student achievement and well-being.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one.

Contract Type: Full-time or part-time available
Salary: MPS/UPS, depending on experience
