About the School
The school is a welcoming and supportive learning environment, catering to students in Year 9 to Year 10 with a wide range of learning difficulties, including social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, autism, and other special educational needs (SEN). We believe that every child deserves a tailored approach to education, ensuring that they feel valued, understood, and motivated to reach their full potential. With small class sizes, specialist facilities, and a team of dedicated professionals, we create a setting where students can build confidence, develop key skills, and foster a love for learning.
The Role
As an English Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and adaptable lessons that meet the diverse needs of our students. You will create an inspiring and supportive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to develop their communication and literacy skills. Working as part of a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will provide personalised learning experiences that help students overcome challenges and achieve success. What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a qualified teacher with QTS, a genuine passion for working with students with SEN, and a commitment to inclusive education. Experience in SEN settings is highly desirable, but we also welcome applications from teachers who are eager to develop their skills in this area. The right candidate will bring enthusiasm, adaptability, and a belief in every student’s ability to succeed.
School Hours
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 3pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
