Salary: £130 - £220 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (with potential for permanent placement)
Start Date: ASAP

Are you a passionate and dedicated English Teacher looking for your next role in Sheffield? Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic English Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Sheffield.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
  • Plan, prepare, and assess work in line with the national curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support student progress and attainment through differentiated teaching strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental development.

Requirements:

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✔ Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 & KS4).
✔ Strong classroom management skills.
✔ Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
✔ Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
