Job Advert: English Teacher (Dorset)
Are you a passionate and dedicated English teacher looking for a new opportunity in Dorset? We have an exciting position available at a well-regarded school where you'll inspire young minds and make a real difference!
Position: Middle School English Teacher
Start: May 2025
Location: Dorset
Contract: Term time only
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:30
Salary: Paid To Scale
Key Responsibilities:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons for students of varying abilities
-
Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback
-
Marking work to ensure students' continued development
-
Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
-
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the highest standards of teaching
Requirements:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
-
Experience in teaching English at KS2 & KS3 level
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
Passion for helping students reach their full potential
