This role is ideal for educators with experience working with SEN students—whether as a teacher, teaching assistant, or tutor—who are passionate about making a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Planning and delivering engaging English sessions tailored to individual learning needs

• Building students’ confidence and helping them engage with learning
• Applying effective behaviour strategies to support focus and progress

This is a meaningful and rewarding role, perfect for those looking to deepen their experience working with SEN learners.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children with special educational needs
• Strong background in teaching or tutoring English (KS1–KS4)
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging, individualised sessions
• Confidence in positive behaviour management
• Skills to monitor progress and support learning outcomes

Requirements:
All applicants must undergo standard background checks and hold an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one—we can help).

What We Offer:
• Start date: After Easter half term
• Pay rate: £28+ per hour, depending on placement
• PAYE payments – no umbrella company deductions
• Dedicated consultant support
• Access to CPD and ongoing professional development

If you're ready to help young learners discover their voice and thrive through English, we’d love to hear from you.
