Teaching Personnel Dorset is currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated English Teachers to join our team and work at our partner schools in Bournemouth. Whether you are looking to return to teaching full-time or part-time, or seeking the flexibility of supply teaching, this role could be perfect for you!

We are looking for highly motivated, passionate, and creative teachers who are knowledgeable about safeguarding measures. At Teaching Personnel, we have been specifically tasked with finding the ideal candidate for this modern and well-established school. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge students.
- Build strong relationships and rapport with students to support their educational journey.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students across multiple year groups.
- Maintain high standards of professional conduct and classroom management.
- Contribute to the school community through participation in extracurricular activities and clubs.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching English.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
- Flexibility with travel, allowing for travel times up to 1 hour.
- Ability to adapt to different teaching circumstances and meet the needs of varying individuals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
