Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative English lessons.
- Monitor, assess, and record student progress effectively.
- Support students to achieve their full potential in GCSE English.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of a diverse range of learners.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE in Secondary English.
- Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- A genuine passion for teaching and supporting student success.
- Enhanced DBS disclosure – support provided if needed.
- Up-to-date safeguarding and prevent training – support provided.
