What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and Motivate: Track and assess student progress, providing feedback that helps them build confidence and skill.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a closely related field.
• Passion for English and a talent for bringing literature and language to life in the classroom.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with students of varying abilities.
• A positive, proactive approach to classroom management and lesson planning.
• Team player attitude, ready to collaborate with other educators in a dynamic learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS certificate and on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
