As a Cover Supervisor of English, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of learning in the absence of the regular English teacher. You will supervise pre-planned English lessons, encourage students to engage with their work, and help them to stay on track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and oversee pre-planned English lessons, ensuring students remain focused and productive
- Support students with their learning and encourage their engagement with English topics
- Maintain a positive and safe classroom environment, managing behavior in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student engagement and progress
- Build rapport with students, fostering a supportive and respectful learning atmosphere

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
